My issue had been ongoing for several weeks with my past contractor. Within a few short days Fresh Finish assed the problem, sent a reasonable invoice and actually fixed the issue.

Pentair salt generator malfunctioning with sensor issues 3 months after purchase. Intellichlor plus 2025 models have issues with the sensory components, per pentair. Since under warranty Pentair sent out Fresh Finish to switch out the cell. (Well I found the service tech Brandon, who used to work on my pool years ago with another company, and never knew where he went)
I am thrilled I found him here through this Pentair warranty situation.
The new switched out cell showed a sensory malfunction after two days of use. This is no fault to Brandon it is a manufacturer issue with these models. I know Pentair will make it right and Fresh Finish pools and Brandon C. will make sure I get a functioning salt generator. This company is great to work with in person as well as the phone employees. Very satisfied.
Fresh Finish Pools installed our pool heater back in 2019 and it has been working wonderfully ever since. We also had them out a second time for some maintenance work a few years later. We were highly satisfied then and still now. Ray is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I appreciated his time. 5 stars for sure!
