Fresh Finish refinished our pool and replaced our pool equipment in late September to make it fully automated through the iAquaLink app on my phone. So far we are very satisfied with the way the pool looks and the ease of use of the app to control the pool equipment. We have even retained them to do our weekly maintenance. Fresh Finish Pools is one of the few companies out there left that genuinely care about you as a customer and your pool. Ray is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to share his knowledge in order to better educate his home owners. Often when asking a company about a product you will receive a very generic answer. With this company and owner you will not only receive the best care for your pool but you will understand what they are doing to provide that care. I felt like I was calling and begging companies to just come provide an estimate, Ray called on his day off to say he was busy but I was on his list to get in touch with and give an estimate. The company refinished our pool in September and it is beautiful. With each passing day the water and pool looks nicer and nicer. There were hiccups along the way as there are with any home project, however Ray did his best to completely correct any issues. I am writing this review on my own free will. I have been through a lot of bad renovation experiences since purchasing my home but this company was a positive among the negatives. Thank you for all your work and continued care of our pool.

A year ago, Ray installed an automated system to control my pool, complete with new remote, salt cell and light. Just had a flow sensor go bad and Ray came out to replace it under warranty – zero out of pocket cost to me.

I had a pool leak and determined I needed a new skimmer. My pool is old so I was very concerned they would have to break the tiles and I would end up having to refinish. They did a great job of saving them and you can barely tell there was a repair. Reasonably priced and they did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend!
