Fresh Finish Pools deserves a Ten star rating in my opinion!! The owner Ray has given me personalized service that goes way over and above anything I expected when I signed his company on to service my Condominium Community pool here in Clearwater.

Fresh Finish is an official place for warrantee repairs for Hayward products. We had an issue with our salt generator. The office was professional and friendly and scheduled us in almost immediately–what a relief! The technician was excellent, experienced, and willing to teach me how to take care of my pool and Hayward product. I couldn't have asked for more. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Fresh Finish won me over completely and I would feel comfortable calling them for repairs in the future. I am very grateful for their help.

I highly recommend Fresh Finish pools for all of your pool and pump control service. They work in harmony with Pentair Technical support and Warranty procedures. Jessica and Jill's scheduling and customer relations skills are great examples of dedication and good training. Even with the heavy workload of the recent hurricane onslaught their schedule for completion was honored. When it comes to actual technical abilities, Roger, my most recent service responder showed his wisdom and experience with rapid diagnosis, explanation and repair with the correct parts needed immediately on hand. His patience and answers to my curious questions resulted in my thorough understanding of my Pentair "Easy Touch" pool control panel and my "Screen Logic" Phone Apps on both my family's Android and IPhones. Super system and Companies are Pentair and Fresh Finish Pools. Five stars are not enough.!!!!

Our pool company didn't have the technicians available to fix our pool pump, so they recommended Fresh Finish pools. They called within the hour of the recommendation and gave us a quote for a new pool pump, as ours was old and the motor was not working. When they arrived quickly and promptly to our house, the technician realized that it wasn't a motor issue or a pool pump issue, but that there was an issue with the power supply going to the pump. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue and saved us the thousands of dollars to replace the pool pump. We will certainly be using them again for our pool pump needs whenever the time comes up to replace it as well as any other pool service repairs. The technician could have just installed the pump without asking questions, but instead went above and beyond to help us and saved us money in the process. Can't recommend them enough.

The team at Fresh Finish Pools couldn't have been nicer or more professional! Ray quickly came out with a helper to our recently flooded pool in Dunedin and did a full drain and cleaning. A major help since I've heard saltwater can be damaging to the finish if not drained quickly. They are very knowledgeable and I consider them my pool company from now on!

What a wonderful job they did for us while we were trying to recover from Hurricane Helene. The crew had to remove all the seawater and mulch from our pool, wash the pebble Tech walls down and then we waited until the pool was filled with fresh water. Once that was complete, they checked all our equipment, replaced the pump and ensured everything was running smoothly. They even removed our pool heater. We will use them again and we highly recommend them to everyone.

We have our pool services rendered by this company and Connor always does a great job cleaning the pool and answering any maintenance questions I have. Pool service today was done by Connor and Elvis. They worked together to get the pool cleaned in record time. Roger was here today to help address reprogramming the pool pump. He is also troubleshooting the heat pump motor for us and gave good advice on replacement vs repair. Very professional pool company and I recommend them to anyone needing pool services.

Great company! We had the pool light replaced since it hadn’t been working for some time now. Never got the names of the two young gentlemen that worked on installing the new LED system, but they were great! The owner and their staff (Jessica) were friendly and addressed my questions and concerns.
We love our new light.

Conner the tech did a great job ! Thrilled ! I needed a filter repair done within a few days before a trip . They had me send photos of the equipment so they knew which parts to bring in case something had to be changed out . This avoided a trip just to diagnose the issue . Conner diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs and educated me on a few things i needed to know . Will use them in the future. My neighbor suggested I use them because he had a great experience with the company in the past.

Pentair salt generator malfunctioning with sensor issues 3 months after purchase. Intellichlor plus 2025 models have issues with the sensory components, per pentair. Since under warranty Pentair sent out Fresh Finish to switch out the cell. (Well I found the service tech Brandon, who used to work on my pool years ago with another company, and never knew where he went)
I am thrilled I found him here through this Pentair warranty situation.
The new switched out cell showed a sensory malfunction after two days of use. This is no fault to Brandon it is a manufacturer issue with these models. I know Pentair will make it right and Fresh Finish pools and Brandon C. will make sure I get a functioning salt generator. This company is great to work with in person as well as the phone employees.

Jill and Ray are a wonderful couple, who worked with my horrible situation after the 2 hurricanes. Pool turned out beautiful, albeit it ended up costing way more expensive that I had anticipated.
Most notably, Connor, the pool technician who cleaned and maintained the pool for the first 30 days was terrific. Made sure everything was perfect, taught me some things, and is a wonderful person.
