I recently had an issue with my Hayward Tristar 900 pump used for the pool waterfall.

Brandon just left our home. He not only quickly diagnosed the problem but was able to explain the issue in layman’s terms.

I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, honest, thorough and professional which is a rare service quality today. Plus, he suggested he proactively investigating a new inside remote control for the waterfall which will be compatible with the variable speed Hayward pump.

When we bought our house, the previous owners had already paid Fresh Finish Pools for weekly service for the remainder of the year. I'm usually a DIY guy, but based upon the quality work and great customer service which Fresh Finish Pools provided over the course of that contract, we decided to continue with their weekly service. Since then, we've also had them refinish the pool and replace the pool pump. Ray (owner) is extremely knowledgeable, very hands on, and provides amazing customer service. His staff are extremely friendly and detail oriented. Being a novice pool owner, I feel like I always have dumb questions, but I'm never left feeling ignored, and any concern I have is always addressed timely. Add to that the fact our pool looks amazing and the price is very reasonable, and I foresee myself being a Fresh Finish Pools customer for a long time.

We had an extensive repair needed for our sheer descent's that involving re-piping, removing an replacing coping and pavers, and digging out and refilling concrete.
